– 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced – 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 onion, chopped – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 4 cups chicken broth – 2 cups diced potatoe – 2 cups chopped kale – 1 cup heavy cream – Salt and pepper to taste
